ABOUT OUR COFFEE:
We focus on four single origins, which we also use together to create our signature blend.
We package our coffee in 1kg and 250g bags as whole-roasted beans and as ground coffee.
COFFEE ORIGINS
Ethiopia – Lekempti Coffee grown in the South Western Highlands of Wellega, farmed mainly by the Oromo, the largest tribe of Ethiopia. It’s taste is known for its fruity and caramel aroma, with notes of vanilla. It has delicate and mild acidity that combines perfectly with the exotic and clean aftertaste.
Honduras – Grown in La Paz, Marvala, the area is known for its exceptional soil quality, agricultural and processing techniques. The relative humidity and perfect temperature of the area results in coffee grown in exceptional conditions with notes of nuts, chocolate and marzipan. These notes and the mild acidity leave you with a clean aftertaste.
Guatemala – Although very small, this country produces exceptional coffee. The Guatemalan coffees are generally medium to full bodied and one can experience chocolate and cocoa, nut and some smokiness in the flavour due to the coffee being grown in areas that have high levels of volcanic soil.
